About Ted

Master Trainer Ted Chambley is the President and founder of InterMountain Training and Consulting, LLC. Ted Chambley provides intensive training seminars on subjects involving employment law issues, performance management, sexual harassment, stress management, customer service and much more. Each program is customized to fit the exact needs of the client.

Mr. Chambley is considered by many to be an expert on employment law issues involving hiring and firing and sexual harassment. Besides doing training seminars, Ted is a consultant for organizations having problems.

Mr. Chambley's popular Coaching for Positive Performance seminar is a two-day presentation that focuses on improving employee performance with a strong emphasis on coaching skills. Employers throughout the intermountain area are rating this program as the most effective management training tool they have found for their training dollars.

Ted's background includes working in Human Resources and Training for the electric utility industry. In addition to attending school at Utah State University, Mr. Chambley is also a regular presenter of management training seminars with the Utah State University's Conference Services Division in Logan.

Ted Chambley is a member of the National Speakers Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Utah Speakers Association.
