Comments from participants of Ted's seminars:
"Ted Chambley, President of Intermountain Training Associates has successfully presented his "Positive Performance Management" seminars for the Department of Energy, Grand Junction Office (DOE-GJO) numerous times.
Ted's seminars are not the normal one day, wham-bam, thanks for the plan, motivational workshops. Mr. Chambley provides realistic, workable techniques on how to influence behavior in the workplace. Ted has demonstrated expertise, creativity, and enthusiasm in the classroom. His participants evaluated the course with comments such as:
"The presenter was excellent! Few seminars which I have attended have been this good."
"Instructor was well versed in the material - very knowledgeable!"
"...best seminar yet for management training, down to earth."
"...these dollars have been well spent, I learned and laughed!"
The "Positive Performance Management" seminar will permanently engrain within each individual the reason for workplace failure and the key to workplace success. Each person will have the opportunity to use their newly acquired supervisory skills in a realistic counseling session you won't want to miss.
Personally working with Ted Chambley and attending his seminar I can honestly say - I highly recommend Intermountain Training Associates!"

"In this day and time you can get over loaded with decisions concerning training for employees. As the president of a company that has over 280 employees I make decisions each and every day that will increase productivity. One of our best decisions was when we decided to hire Ted Chambley and InterMountain Training Associates to educate and train our employees. His training skills are highly refined and to the point. During the two day Positive Performance Management (PPM) class I witnessed all levels of supervision tested on their skills at the same time learning good day to day working habits. I know this training is going to increase our productivity since the supervisor's ability to deal with their employees will be greatly enhanced.
We have currently sent 65 people through PPM and have 55 people scheduled to attend the Legal side of Hiring and Firing. We are also considering Ted for our Sexual Harassment training, which will include another 65 people.
If you are looking for the cheapest route Ted will not fit that mold. If you want the best bang for your buck and want to see some results then I recommend that you give Ted Chambley the first shot. You won't be disappointed."

"I am learning that it is all right for me to let my employees make decisions that are within their authority, without my stepping in to take over.
I have also learned that if there is nothing to meet about, then don't hold a meeting. I have also used the the guidelines to keep my meetings on track and to get to the point, instead of rambling and not coming up with a solution.
I appreciate your insight and suggestions. I have referred your Positive Performance Management seminar to other people in my office. They will be signing up for your next session."

"We have been using your PPM program for five years now. I'll never manage any other way. By training our managers to provide positive, constructive support to the staff, they are excited about enforcing the policies and guidelines of our company. Instead of thinking of management as a negative 'us vs them' situation they can really see how their role can enhance a person professionally as well as personally AND serve the company too.
This year I put every manager and every potential manager I could through the program (over 30 of them). We will continue to do so.
I have seen substantial changes in the performance of employees as a result of the coaching skills you teach. They serve the manager as well as the employee. Every positive element of a company has gone up: Staff productivity, guest satisfaction, customer service, product quality, and profitability.
We'll see you again next year."
